機(jī)器保養(yǎng)
1、 定期檢查夾口處的螺絲，如有松動(dòng)應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊;
2、 與襯板接觸的鋼板滑動(dòng)面及襯板的燕尾槽面應(yīng)保持清潔，并應(yīng)定期涂上一層薄薄的二硫化鉬油脂;
3、定期檢查鏈輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)情況。 如發(fā)現(xiàn)松動(dòng)，請(qǐng)重新加緊鏈輪。
定期檢查主機(jī)及油源是否有漏油現(xiàn)象。 如有漏油，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換密封圈或組合墊。
根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況和油的使用壽命，定期更換濾油器和濾芯，更換液壓油。
長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不做試驗(yàn)時(shí)，注意關(guān)閉主機(jī)電源。 如果機(jī)器處于待機(jī)狀態(tài)，應(yīng)將轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打到“負(fù)載”檔，因?yàn)槿绻D(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打到“快回”檔，電磁閥已通電，會(huì)影響設(shè)備的使用壽命。
1. 定期檢查控制器后面板連接線是否接觸良好。 若松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊;
二、測(cè)試完畢后，如果有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間機(jī)器不使用，關(guān)掉控制器和電腦;

When not doing the test for a long time, pay attention to turn off the host power. If the machine is in standby state, the transfer switch should be switched to "load", because if the transfer switch is switched to "fast back", the solenoid valve is energized, will affect the service life of the equipment.
Control system maintenance
1. Periodically check whether the cables on the rear panel of the controller are in good contact. If loose, should be tightened in time;
2、 after the test, if the machine is not used for a long time, turn off the controller and computer;
3. Interfaces on the controllers correspond to each other. An incorrect interface may damage the device.
4, plug and unplug the interface on the controller must turn off the controller power.
5, according to the use of the machine and the life of oil, regular replacement of oil absorption filter element, replacement of hydraulic oil, regular inspection of the host and oil source whether there is oil leakage, such as oil leakage, should be replaced in time seal ring or combined pad.
