洛氏硬度計的維護、保養與注意

1、搬運硬度計時必須卸下砝碼和壓頭，并在壓頭座與樣品臺之間夾防震膠墊;長途運輸應恢復原有包裝。

2、任何調試和檢查，如裝卸砝碼、取下上蓋、拔插電纜、打開側門檢查時，應切斷電源。

3、禁止在壓頭與被測試樣接觸的狀態下，切換試驗力。

4、裝卸壓頭應認真仔細，保證尖端無損傷、無污染，安裝面清潔無異物。長期不用應卸下妥善保存，注意防銹。

5、樣品臺及標準硬度塊表面應清潔無污染，無劃痕、擦、碰傷保存時涂防銹油防銹。

6、測試時被測樣品必須平穩放置，支承可靠，確保在測試過程中無任何位移、變形。

7、日常工作環境及關機后應注意防塵、防腐蝕介質。在一些較潮濕的地區，應經常注意防銹。

8、樣品臺升降絲杠應定期潤滑。具體方法為:取下樣品臺及保護環，松開絲杠護套，向絲杠上注入數滴輕質潤滑油，然后轉動手輪，反復升降絲杠，使潤滑油分布均勻。最后重新裝好護套等物。注意潤滑油不宜注入過多。

4, loading and unloading pressure head should be careful, ensure no damage to the tip, no pollution, clean installation surface without foreign matter.  Long-term use should be removed and properly preserved, pay attention to rust prevention.  

5. The surface of sample table and standard hardness block should be clean and free from pollution, without scratches, scratches and scratches, and coated with anti-rust oil when preserved.  

6, the test sample must be placed smoothly, reliable support, to ensure that there is no displacement, deformation in the test process.  

7, daily work environment and shutdown should pay attention to dustproof, anti-corrosion medium.  In some humid areas, frequent attention should be paid to rust prevention.  

8, sample table lifting screw should be regularly lubricated.  The specific method is: take off the sample table and the protection ring, loosen the screw sheath, inject several drops of light lubricating oil into the lead screw, and then turn the handwheel, repeatedly lift the lead screw, so that the lubricating oil distribution is uniform.  Finally reinstall the sheath and other things.  Note that lubricating oil should not be injected too much.
